The small print for Douglas's Halloween wheel. Short, we promise.

Who runs it

The promotion is run by Ginger Dog Coffee (hello@gingerdog-coffee.co.uk). It's open to customers ordering from gingerdog-coffee.co.uk with UK delivery.

When

The wheel runs from Tuesday 27 October 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026. Codes can't be used after that.

How it works

• Enter your email address to spin. Spinning signs you up to Ginger Dog Coffee emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Every spin wins at least 10% off. The 'No prize' and '5%' slices are tricks and also give 10% off.
• Where the wheel lands is random. The '10% + mystery' slice gives 10% off plus a mystery prize, which we add to your parcel when we hand-pack your order.
• Your code is applied automatically at checkout. We'll also email it to you so you can come back to it later.

The codes

• One code per customer and one code per order.
• Codes can't be combined with other discount codes, but free delivery over £40 still applies.
• Codes can't be exchanged for cash.

Mystery prizes

• To get your mystery prize, place an order using your mystery code before the promotion ends.
• Prizes vary and are chosen by us. They may include coffee samples, an extra bag of coffee, or a refund of the order (one order only). We won't tell you which until your parcel arrives.
• Mystery prizes have no cash alternative and can't be swapped.
• If an order with a mystery prize is cancelled or returned, the prize is cancelled too.

Anything else

We may end or change the promotion early if something goes wrong, for example misuse or a technical problem. Questions? Email hello@gingerdog-coffee.co.uk.
