Subscriptions

We may offer coffee subscriptions in the future, allowing you to receive regular deliveries based on your chosen frequency.

If you purchase a subscription, payments will be taken automatically according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@gingerdog-coffee.co.uk.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for limited edition coffees, seasonal releases or products that are not yet available.

When placing a pre-order, you will be informed of the expected dispatch timeframe.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Ginger Dog Coffee does not currently offer a "Try Before You Buy" service.
