UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched by Ginger Dog Coffee from our fulfilment location.

Free delivery on orders over £40

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing any available tracking information.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delays and Missing Orders

While we work hard to ensure your coffee arrives quickly and safely, occasional delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances outside our control.
