  • If you're just starting your specialty coffee journey, we'd recommend Vira Lata. It's smooth, approachable and packed with chocolate and caramel notes, making it an easy-drinking coffee that's perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Whether you're moving away from supermarket coffee or simply looking to discover something new, Vira Lata is a great place to start.

Not sure which coffee is right for you? We're always happy to help you find your perfect match.

  • If you enjoy a richer, fuller-bodied coffee, Arturo is the one to try. With bold flavours of dark cocoa and roasted nuts, Arturo delivers a more intense coffee experience while still offering the sweetness and balance you'd expect from a specialty coffee.

  • All of our coffees are carefully selected to work beautifully as espresso, the best choice depends on the flavours you enjoy.

    • Arturo – Bold and full-bodied, with rich dark cocoa and roasted nut notes. Perfect if you enjoy a deeper, more traditional espresso style.
    • Vira Lata – Smooth and well-balanced, with chocolate and caramel sweetness. A great all-rounder that works beautifully on its own or with milk.
    • Matilha – Vibrant and versatile, offering a more unique flavour experience that's equally enjoyable as espresso or in milk-based coffees.
    • Tico – All the flavour without the caffeine, with smooth chocolate, roasted nuts and gentle hints of vanilla.
  • Choosing the right grind depends on how you brew your coffee.

    • Whole Bean – The best option if you have a grinder at home. Grinding your beans just before brewing helps preserve freshness and gives you more control over your cup.
    • Espresso – A fine grind designed for espresso machines and bean-to-cup machines.
    • Cafetière – A coarser grind designed for cafetière/French press brewing.
    • Filter – A medium grind designed for filter coffee methods.

Still unsure? Get in touch and we'll help you choose the right grind for your coffee setup.

  • To keep your coffee tasting its best, store it in its sealed bag or an airtight container somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. We recommend avoiding storing coffee in the fridge, as moisture and temperature changes can affect the flavour. Treat your coffee well and it'll reward you with a better cup!

  • As much as we love sharing life's little moments with our dogs, coffee is one thing they'll have to sit out! Coffee and caffeine aren't safe for dogs, so please keep your brew safely away from curious noses and wagging tails.

The good news? They can still be part of your coffee ritual! While you enjoy your Ginger Dog Coffee, they can enjoy their own little treat, a dog biscuit, plenty of fuss and the very important job of supervising your coffee-making skills. 🐾
